The worlds most famous hot drink: Irish Coffee
Irish coffee is one of the most classic hot drinks. This drink contains possibly all you can ask for, it has the intense flavors of coffee, sweetness from the sugar, the intense and warming tone from the whiskey. And to top it all off, a soft blanket of lightly whipped cream.
Ingredients:
3cl Irish whiskey
1-2 tablespoons of granulated sugar
10cl of strong dark brew coffee (or after taste)
Top with lightly whipped cream
How to:
- Add the sugar into a glass
- Pour a small amount of coffee over the sugar
- Stir until the sugar is dissolved
- Add the Irish whiskey and the rest of the coffee
- Top up with a lightly whipped cream
Take a sip of your Irish coffee thru the cream, enjoy!
