7 Cocktails for NYE 2025

As the year draws to a close, it's time to celebrate with style and sophistication. What better way to toast to new beginnings than with a selection of timeless cocktails, some with a contemporary twist. Here are seven of our favorite cocktails to elevate your New Year's Eve festivities:

 

French 75

A harmonious blend of gin, fresh lemon juice, and simple syrup, topped with champagne for effervescence. This classic cocktail dates back to World War I and is named after the French 75mm field gun, known for its powerful kick. 

Ingredients:

  • 3 cl gin
  • 1.5 cl fresh lemon juice
  • 1.5 cl simple syrup
  • Champagne to top
  • Lemon twist for garnish

HOW TO:

  1. Combine gin, lemon juice, and simple syrup in a shaker with ice.

  2. Shake well and strain into a chilled champagne flute.

  3. Top with champagne and garnish with a lemon twist.

Negroni Sbagliato

A delightful variation of the classic Negroni, substituting gin with sparkling wine for a lighter, bubbly experience. The term "sbagliato" means "mistaken" in Italian, referring to the accidental creation of this cocktail.

Ingredients:

  • 3 cl Campari
  • 3 cl sweet vermouth
  • 3 cl Prosecco
  • Orange slice for garnish

HOW TO:

HOW TO:

  1. Place the sugar cube in the bottom of a chilled champagne flute.
  2. Add 3–5 dashes of Angostura bitters to soak the sugar cube.
  3. Top with chilled champagne, pouring slowly to preserve the bubbles.

Espresso Martini

A modern classic that we can't live without combines vodka, coffee liqueur, and freshly brewed espresso, offering a rich and invigorating option for coffee lovers.

  • 2 cl coffee liqueur

  • 5cl cl fresh espresso / 1 double espresso
